Shipping and Returns

All shipping is done via courier or Australia registered post which means prepayment unless we specify otherwise. Items should take approx 3-7 days to arrive if you do not receive the item you ordered within this period please contact us. We do not cover any freight loss or Damages or Insurance. However we do register all items so we can track them should we have to. Orders are generally shipped on the day or day after full payment.

Warranty

All electrical items have a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty, these may be repaired or replaced.

Method of refund

Australian Trade Wholesalers will refund your credit card used in the original transaction.
